The above heading is in the subject field with the rest of
the e-mail being received reading:
If the message will not displayed automatically,
follow the link to read the delivered message.

Received message is available at:
www.letmeoutofhere.co.uk/inbox/info/read.php?sessionid-
1413

The above is a hyperlink to my site that does not work.
(the link doesn't take you anywhere i mean)

My website is called letmeoutofhere.co.uk and people can
submit rental properties to it through a third party
database, which sends a confirmation e-mail to them
automatically, but I don't think that should interfere
with Outlook for any reason. This has happened 3 times
and I think these people may be trying to contact me using
a submission form on my site but I don't know whats
happening.

Any help as to what this means would be most welcome

I've seen this most often in connection with viruses that have hijacked your
email address to use in the sender field as they try to mail themselves to
others' systems. It doesn't mean your system is infected; it's someone
else's system sending the bad messages, with the bounces coming back to you.
Your best approach is to create a rule to dump the ones you get.
