I noticed today that my Mail button is missing from my standard toolbar. I tried going to customize toolbar and it's just not there. Can anyone help me?

ARgh....Registry editing has been disabled by the Administrator. I'm working on this. I don't know what to do. Do you know how to enable it?

It's Windows XP home preinstalled on an HP. I know what you're thinking, but what's a poor girl to do. I've tried reinstalling it and even installing another email program as was suggested on one of the microsoft troubleshooting pages. It shows the email programs where you select it under the Programs tab, but still not showing the button.
