Mail Box Size is Full - Message

I have been having this issue twice now, and I would like to know what do I
need to do to get more space in my mail box. Can anyone help? Thank you.
 
That message is coming from your ISP/Mail Server not Windows mail. You are
leaving messages on the server and reaching your allotted space.

Unless you need to for other reasons, go to Tools | Accounts | Mail |
Properties | Advanced and uncheck: Leave a copy of messages on the server.
