I've just installed Office XP on a new pc. I want to
import my mail account settings from my previous pc. The
main drive from the old pc is now in an external drive
which is connected to my new pc. When I select "Import
Internet Mail Account Settings" Outlook doesn't detect
the settings on the external drive.
Can anybody tell me in what format are these settings
stored, and in what folder would they be located?

Outlook 2002 only permits you to import account settings from applications currently installed on the
machine (i.e Outlook Express, Netscape Mail, etc). This feature was changed to better secure accounts.
In previous versions, theoretically a virus could grab your account settings in a .iaf file. In Outlook 2002
and 2003 you will need to manually add these accounts.
