magnetic ledger (unusued) avail. for classic NCR (399 etc) machines

I know where there's a 2" thick package (100-200 pages?) of NOS NCR
Magnetic ledger.

It is somewhat larger than 8.5x11, on somewhat heavy manilla/yellow card
as expected, and has 4-5 (If I recall) magnetic ink(?) strips on the
backside.

These might have been used with the NCR399 and other fine machines.

re: the 399: "The magnetic ledgers were a piece of ledger paper about
12" wide by 16" long. They had a piece of magnetic tape glued to the
back which would store the information printed on the front. They were
great transition systems for the small business which had always used
paper ledgers to keep their books. The 399 let them keep their ledgers,
but then they could feed the ledgers one at a time into the system where
it would be read onto tape at the end of the month. You would then have
a statement program, or general ledger, or accounts payable which would
read the tape and produce checks, or customer statements, etc."

For certain, this oppty for this computer media will never appear again.
I found the guy using one sheet as scratch paper, and made him show me
where he got it. There's exactly one package, likely only 2-3 sheets
missing or written on.

whether you are lucky enough to need this for a hobby, or for some good
reason still need this media for a business machine, here it is!

pls. contact off-list (de-mung the obvious e-mail)
