Macros

I am new to creating macros. I think I could create them if I just
understood the basics better. I can't find a good site for this concerning
Access macros. Any suggestions?

I do have a specific thing I am trying to do so maybe the examples just
don't work for me on the sites I have found. I am trying to find a customer
in a customer form then click a button (macro) that opens a new order form
for that customer. Meaning the field customer ID would be filled in based on
the previous form, but all other fields would be blank for data entry.

I got a button now that opens the order form for that customer but it shows
previous orders not a new one. I used a wizard and it created VB code which
is really not something I understand.

Any advice, reference to good tutorials on macro basics would be soooooo
appreciated.
