Macros

Good Morning, I recently "upgraded" from Office Pro 2003 to Office Pro 2007.
I only had one macro and was anticipating that it would move over with the
upgrade. Unfortunately it didn't. So I created the same macro in Word 2007.
With Word 2003 I was able to add the macro to the tool bar. I can't find my
newly created macro to use it. Where do I find my 2007 macro and can I add
it to a tool bar?
Secondly, I have a mail merge database that moved over from Word 2003 and
would like to back it up. I have back up programs including Windows backup
but need to know all of the file extenions I need to back up just in case or
to add the database to another computer. Thanks, John

View the Macro Tools:

1) Click on the Office button (top left of screen)
2) click on "Word Options" button (center bottom of drop down menu)
3) ensure "popular" on the left is selected
4) click on third check box down "show developer tab"
