Macros warning message after custom form update

Bingo

After I modified and published a custom form, this
warning message shows up for those emails created before
using the older version of this form. How do I get rid
of this? Thanks.

Outlook 2000. The warning is generated by Outlook,
saying that the form is not registered and contains
macros and such. Three buttons, enable macros, disable,
and cancel. Thanks.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formpub.htm#oneoff for possible causes. The
most likely is that the Send Form Definition with Item box on the
(Properties) page is checked.

Sue,

I'm going to check the page you recommended. But I
unchecked this box when I published all the forms.
Thanks. Bing

Also check whether the older items have custom proeprties that are not
defined in the new form. That would be another cause of one-offing that
might not be obvious to youl.

Bingo

Sue,

Since it's possible we'll modify the custom form in the
future, anyway I can bypass this popup? Thanks.

If you upgrade to Outlook 2000 SP2 or later, Outlook will no longer show
that dialog. It just won't run any code at all.
