Macros in Multiple Documents

I created a macro that used the find & replace function. I use it for
invoicing, so I created it on the main toolbar. I open 15 invoice documents
at a time. When I maximize one and go to run the macro, it only runs in the
last document I have open, not the one I currently have maximized. How do I
get the macro to run in all documents I currently have open, or at least in
the one that I have maximized?

This question is probably better suited for the Word Programming NG. I've
cross-posted this reply to that NG, but even so more information is required.
Please provide the following:

1. What version of Word are you using?

2. Where is then macro stored?

3. How did you create the macro?

4. How does it work? (This is probably best answered by posting your code -
or at least enough of it for us to get the general idea.)
