macros, but i dont't see them

My workbook says that it contains macros, (i tried to get a macro t
work) but i no longer needed it, so I deleted it. BUt each time I ope
the workbook, it says that there are macros. How can i find an
existing macros (either in the workbook or on visual basic) and remov
them? Thank you in advance for any help that you can give
