Hi,
I type up many reports spanning from 10 pages to 40 pages. I initially
found macros very useful for repetitive sentences. When I ran out of macro
space, I turned to the 'Autocorrect' feature. I can store a few nonsensical
letters on autocorrect which in my report can turn into almost a whole
paragraph. Trouble is, although I now have a very up to date computer (using
Word XP), in the past I have suffered crashes and have lost all my macros and
autocorrects. As I am adding to the autocorrects all the time, if the
computer were to crash again, it would take a very long time to type them all
back in. Can anyone tell me how to save Macros and autocorrects to disk? I
can't seem to find an easy way to do this.
Thanks.
