Macromedia mesage

I am getting a messge that reads as follows:
Macromedia Flash player 7
A script in this movie is causing macromedia flash player 7 to run slowly.
If you continue to run your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to
abort the script? Yes or No.
I click yes, but everytime I powerback up the message is still there. Also
the message comes up three times after I click yes before it goes away. Any
ideaa how to clear this?

If the problem persists, that particular flash movie may be buggy.
Anyway, this has nothing to do with "Windows XP".
