Macro to Call Validation list from another Workbook

Hi

I would like to call up the named list "=MailRef" from the workbook "Summary of Bids.xls" to form a validation list in my current workbook which is in a different location on the same shared drive.

I have tried some coding without complete success so haven't put it down thinking it'll be easier for someone here to write it from scratch.
