Macro name / shortcut key

I wrote a macro that I added to my toolbar. However, it shows up on the
toolbar as project1.thisoutlooksession.macroname, and takes up half the
toolbar with the name. I would like to rename it, but don't see any obvious
place to change the name.

Also, I"d like to assign a shortcut key to the macro but can't find anything
in the help section about doing this (it just tells what keyboard shortcuts
are already available).

Can anyone give me this information? Thanks!!!

That did the trick. thanks!!!
