Macro Keyboard Shortcuts in OL 2007

I have recently moved to Outlook 2007. I have various macros that I
use in Outlook 2003 in the past, and have configured toolbar icons and
short cuts. I did this by making the label, for example, "&Process".
Doing so allowed me to simply enter Alt-P to run that macro.

I can get the toolbar buttons on the toolbar, but if I set the label
to "&Process", the & is eliminated when I save it. Also, apparently
Priority is assigned to the Alt-P key.

I'd be happy to use a different shortcut key, but I can't seem to find
a way to get the shortcut key set in the toolbar. Can anyone help?

In which Toolbar are you trying to place them? If the QAT for when you have
an item open you can use ALT+<Number>
