Windows XP Macro Help

I have created a macro to simply take information from an excel spreadsheet and pre-populate another database but on the last field (merged cell) it keeps crashing excel if I use the down arrow.

Is there any way I can fix this

I need to roll it out to other people so can't rely on them not pressing the direction key !!
