macro error when opening any file

Hi!

I have set the security level "low" and when I open the file that had macros
previously but now it does not have any, I get the pop-up with
"Enable/disable macro". If I set the security level high, I get the warning
message about macro security. How can I avoid this, given that I don't have
macros in the file or any other files.
