why does it "Disable" my Virus Scan after it does a full
Scan,I need to "Enable" my Virus Scan after every time it
does a Full Scan

You might want to join and post your question at their Forum
http://forums.mcafeehelp.com/index.php make sure you give info on Viruscan
version/engine and DAT, your other McAfee products and your Operating system
and service packs.
