Mac users URL

I posted a question yesterday about using Visual Basic on
a Mac. I got several replies about how Mac doesn't
support this feature. I don't think such is the case
because the Help literature mentions the Mac OS.

I also asked for the URL of the Mac users newsgroup, but
no one gave it to me. I know people have posted it here
before when questions have come from Mac users. Could
someone please give me the link?

Thank you.

I posted a question yesterday about using Visual Basic on
a Mac. I got several replies about how Mac doesn't
support this feature.

I didn't see any replies that suggested this, and for good reason: Mac
PowerPoint most certainly supports Visual Basic (or rather VBA, close enough).

There were replies to the effect that you can't use Active-X controls on a
slide in the Mac version of PowerPoint.
I also asked for the URL of the Mac users newsgroup, but
no one gave it to me. I know people have posted it here
before when questions have come from Mac users. Could
someone please give me the link?

This explains how to find either newsgroup:

How do I join the PowerPoint newsgroup?

The Mac group's url should be the same as this one's but with:

public.mac.office.powerpoint

instead of

public.powerpoint

at the end of the url.
