MAC users can't view attachments

Our company has some users on Outlook 2007 and some users on MACs on
Entourage Email. When Outlook users send any attachments the MAC
users can't open the attachments. Even if the MAC users save the file
to the desktop then try to open or select the file and choose the
appropriate program to open, nothing works. What is the fix?

In which mail format are the messages being send? Switch to Plain Text and
try again.
