M3097DE Scanner with a Kofax KF-7300?

I'd like to scan some of my old telephone technical manuals. I pickup
a Fujitsu M3097DE Scanner with a Kofax KF-7300 card and cable off
eBay. I have it working except the Kofax application
(VCDEM32P/VBDEM32P ) does not show M3097DE as a scanner choice, but
M3097E & M3097E ADF. Apparently these are not duplex scanners, so
duplex is greyed out. I was told to use X097DE, but I can't seem to
find it anywhere.

I was hoping someone on the group might have this X097DE driver

Thanks

I think a better choice would have been an HP 5470C with it's optional
ADF (or a 5590C, which is 5470C with the ADF), and Adobe Acrobat.
Create a custom profile for the document in question by scanning one
typical page manually & getting the optimum settings. Then use Adobe
Acrobat to scan to PDF. Although this is not a duplexing ADF, Acrobat
can scan the fronts, then the backs and properly interleave the pages
automatically. I've scanned about 30,000 pages of manuals with one of
these, works great. Scan at 300 dpi grayscale (unless you need color).
