Installed new mother board, had to reauthenticate windows xp home It then
said to reboot. Ever since then the system gets to the windows splash screen
then a message "lsass.exe The Requested Operation Was Unsuccessful" pops
up and the entire computer shuts down.

Cannot entire safe mode before the shut down and everthing in the Bios
appears fine.

Tried reinstalling from my recovery, but it fails after installing file and
the blue screen say "starting windows"

Your Recovery CD is of no use since it is meant to restore the system to
the point when purchased (old mobo). You need a "real" WinXP CD in order
to do a repair install.
