lsass.exe system error

When the machine start windows xp before the logon screen
appear this error appear "lsass.exe system error" and said
something about invalid parameters where given. ane then
qhen i press ok button , the machine restarts.

What can i do , same in safe mode, same with the last good
configuration , and i cant enter to recovery console
because the password of the administrator is incorrect but
i know that is correct.

Boot from you CD and do a repair installation, the LSASS is the the
security control portion of the OS and if it is damaged you can not log on.
Essentially the system is protecting itself from being accessed without
this component in a proper running state.
