Lsass.exe error after ghost clone???

Hi
i needed to ghost a 2k sbs server (domain controller)to a larger disc
to increase the system partion size. the original disc is dynamic and i used
ghost 2003.

When i boot from then new disc i get 0xc000000f error and a message that
directory services cannot start, cannot find specified file which is
lsass.exe.

cant boot into directory services restore mode as every time i try to log
in, the loading settings screen flashes up, then the logon screen comes
back.
i have ghosted this three times and still the same result!!

Any help would be grateful

Try to re-enumerate the disks, i.e. clear HKLM\System\MountedDevices
remotely and reboot. I suppose you've utilized Partition-To-Image procedure

Hi How do you remotely clear the HKLM enrty?
