LSASS.exe 100% cpu utilization

I'm stumped on this one. For the third day in arow,
LSASS.exe has been running at 100% cpu utilization. I
have tried rebooting, but that only makes it go away for
an hour or so. I tried putting on service pack 4 and that
did nothing as well. Does anyone have a clue what may be
causing this?

No terminal services and I checked out that article, but
its not a spike every hour. It has now been running at
100% utilization for over 17 hours. I think it now it
might have to do with roc on a domain controller that it
is trying to replicate to. The hunt continues...
