LSA Shell (Export Version) Error

Hi there:

I have this weird error that I keep getting, it starts out
with an LSA Shell (Export Version) error and then when you
check the tech specs it refers to the lsass.exe.

The Event Viewer specifically says:

Source: Application Error
Event ID: 1004
Catagory: (100)

faulting application lsass.exe, version 5.1.2600.1106,
faulting module unknown.

It works fine for awhile and then it gets another error
and shutsdown.

The error before it shutsdown is:

fault bucket 22492347

Then it gets this error:

critical system process, c:\windows\system32\lsass.exe,
failed with status code c0000005.
