Patricia A. Law

I have tried resolving this issue through Dell. I have
reinstalled Windows XP Profesional operating system, did
a Stinger virus scan and downloaded the Microsoft technet
bulletin to no avail. I continue to get the "LSA Shell
(Export Version)and ttuh.exe errors. How do we resolve
this issue?

That program is associated with adware. You need to clean your system
of malware and viruses.

Run these programs to check for spyware/malware. After installing
update them, then boot into safe mode and run them. You should run
update and run them weekly.

First. Make sure of these settings and nothing will install without you
answering YES. (Except what may install as part of some other software.)
Don't click YES if you don't know/trust the source.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Make sure both of these are NOT checked.

In addition to the others, the error regarding the LSA shell is the sasser
virus. Before bothering with the spyware clean up, you need to address this
issue first.
