LS120 Superdrive

I upgraded to Windows XP. Now my LS120 performs like a
1.44. It was originally set up as Drive Letter "B" But
now it is recognized as Drive Letter "A" and my 1.44
floppy is recognized as Drive Letter "B". The LS120 wont
read my 120 meg floppies.

Have checked you settings in the CMOS (some CMOS settings allow you set the
drive "A" = "LS120".
Having said that, I am using Win2000 Pro and seem to find that (over the
many updates) it does not take a full 120Mb.
I am looking into this an may consider limiting the updates, or trying out
Linux for my applications.

I'm running XP Pro with an LS-120 and have had no problems.

It has had the same drive letter from when I had ME to the XP Pro upgrade.

I wonder if updating the CMOS BIOS has anything to do with the problem?
I will keep on searching.
Thank you for info, keep smiling
