Lowzones.b and Trojan.awax

I have been getting a lot of pop ups lately saying that my computer may be
infected with the beagle virus, black worm virus, etc. I ran spy bot,
ad-aware, antivir, and windows defender as well as norton. Norton identified
trojan.awax and then when I ran windows defender it showed the following:
Category:
Trojan
Description:
This program has potentially unwanted behavior.
Advice:
Remove this software immediately.

C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\Quarantine\692F4F09.zip->(CryptFF)->web.exe
The problem is when I tried to remove it, it failed. Any suggestions as to
get rid of both Lowzones.B and Trojan.awax.

Make certain to not to select any of the pernament protection for Spybot, as
this can interfere with WD Real-tme Protectiºn.
