lower case default

With Office 2003 - how do I set default to not start every new line with
Capital letter?

Assuming you are using word as your email editor...
Start Word and select tools in the pulldown menu
select AutoCorrect Options...
In the AutoCorrect dialog, uncheck Capitalize first letter of sentences

With the Outlook editor, use Tools>Options>Spelling>AutoCorrect Options.
