low virtual memory warnings

I keep getting low virtual memory warnings, and something about creating larger page files. I changed my RAM from 256 to 516MB and it is still doing this when only AOL is running. I've searched help files and all it does is explain what it's doing. Am I missing something here? Any help would be great.

How have you got your page file set ?, ie. Did u set it urself or go with
the system managed file.

Is the message saying windows is increasing the page file size, it this is the message do not worry windows will set it for you and before long you will not get the message.

I originally set paging at 1.5 times the amount of RAM, but kept getting the error. Another Microsoft problem solving area suggested going to 2.5 times
