Low on Virtual Memory

I have been having virtual memory problems ever since I
installed some of the critial Windows updates. When I
check "processes" under Task Manager, I see a
file "services.exe", which is at 28M. I get the low
virtual memory when I leave the computer on all day. When
I re-boot, the VM problem is not there? Can anybody help,
or tell me where I can get help.
 
Click with your right mouse button on the my computer icon
and select properties.
Now go to the "Advanced" tab and click on the button
labled "performance options"
A new small WIndows is opened, now click on the button
labeled "Change...", here you can upgrade your Virtual
memory.
