Low on Virtual Memory when offline

Folks, may be you have usefull ideas: OS: W2K, Office
2000, RAM 384 Mb, Pagefile - 817Mb. a user gets Low on
Virtual Memory message when working offline. He uses
dialup to connect to the company network and launches
Outlook. No problem when user's online at LAN.
