Low Disk Space - Advice please

Hi,

I installed XP to a partition a few months ago, however I underestimated how
big to to make the partition (I think I went for 5gb by the looks of it). I
am now starting to recieve Low Disk Space warnings and only have about 130mb
free on the drive. I have been installing software to the other partition,
but Win XP seems to 'grow' with every update. Ideally I'd like to be able to
just resize the partition, but I don't know if that's possible without
losing data. Am I looking at a reinstall with a more sensible partition size
or is there anything else I can do to save losing my set up.

Thanks

Many thanks Jupiter, Managed to regain 889mb using the telus.net link - just
one question; do you know if it's safe to delete the directory:
C:\WINDOWS\$xpsp1hfm$
