Start buy running Disk Cleanup
You can do this as follows:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Cleanup
Select the drive letter from the pull down list and then from the list of
options (which show the amount of space consumed)
check what you want to delete. Temporary Internet files and Temporary Files
are a good place to start.
