Loud fans - help!

I built a PC in Lan Boy case and the fans seem really loud. The case
has two 120 mm fans which I thought would make it a quiet unit. There
are also fans on the cpu, ps, and gpu. My set up is amd x2 64 4800,
7800 GT, raptor 74 gb.

Would moving to a new larger tower help quiet my rig down?

My old PC is in a full tower case built by Addtronics which also makes
the SuperMicro cases, so I could use that one if it would help.

This is the cheapest way out I could find(it really worked, the bigger the
fan, the more the effect) rc56 resistor by zalman:

it gets much more into your wallet trying to acheive quiet
after this small connector. Good Luck.

I have a friend with the Antec Lanboy and his is very quiet. You are
sure it's the case fans and not the 7800GT fan, or even the cpu fan?
Some video card fans are *really* loud.
