Case fans

My motherboard GA-MA78GM-S2H has 4-pin CPU and system fan headers.
The AM2 CPU cooler I bought had a 4-pin connector - but all the 120mm case
fans I can find at places like Ebuyer are advertised as 4-pin molex, with
3-pin adaptor. None of them seem to have 4-pin motherboard connectors.
I want to use the BIOS / AMD cool&quiet feature to control the fan speed and
keep noise down, so I don't want to just use a molex.
I have several molex to 3-pin adaptors (although only 2 pins are connected)
already form various fans, but when I tried putting an old fan on the mobo
using one, it did not spin at all.
In all the PC's I have built noise has never been an issue, until a case fan
is added. The case fan can be totally inaudible whilst held in the hand, but
as soon as it is screwed onto the case it goes to hell. Not sure if it is
vibration or turbulance in the air flow?
So anyone know of a 120mm fan with a 4-pin motherboard connector?

I see an example here. The part number has "PWM" in it, which
helped find it.

Thank you - searching for PWM - Pulse Width Modulation - case fans uncovered
quite a few. My CPU cooler is an Arctic Alpine 64 PWM - but I did not
realise the significance of the 'PWM'.
I am so impressed with the Arctic Cooling CPU cooler, I have ordered some of
the same manufacturers' case fans from overclockers.co.uk. Not only do they
change speed according to temperature, but you can also daisy-chain upto
five fans, from the one mobo connector...
