Lotus to Word

I was sent a file in Lotus and cannot find a way to open
it in Word. It was a book draft of mine edited in lotus,
and I plan on aending it to the publisher in Word. Any
ideas?

It should have been saved as a .txt or .rtf file.. perhaps it still could..
