Is there a plugin I can download that will able me to interpret a meeting
invitation sent by someone using Lotus Notes to be interpreted, integrated,
and accpeted/declined by the Outlook Calendar?

I think Notes sends meeting over the Internet in iCal format so Outlook (at
least the recent versions OL2002 & up) can work with them. I just tested it
here between Notes 6.5x & OL2003
