How to save Lotus Notes Invitations in Outlook 2007

I receive Invitations in Outlook 2007 from Lotus Notes users but cannot see
anyway of saving the invite in my Outlook calendar. I have seen reference to
using "Save & Close" but do not have that as an opition

Does the invite not have buttons in it to accept or reject the invite? What
version of Notes are the other users using? Also, have you tried
drag/dropping the item into the Calendar folder?

Incoming message has "Invitation:..." as the subject and when I open the
attachment, the Accept / Decline, etc., buttons are disabled. I am
encountering this with several people on differing version of LN.

Tried drag/drop but as soon as I release the invite, I get a "As the meeting
organizer, you do not need to respond to the meeting" which is a bit silly as
I was not trying to respond and nor am I the organiser!.
