Lotus Notes

I'm unable to see folders or files while browsing to
access files to attach to new memos. After uninstalling
Lotus Notes, then reinstalling, I was unable to browse for
my ID file to complete the setup.

Any other applications (Office apps?) demonstrating the same symptoms?
Any event log errors?
