There was a 6.5 million that went unclaimed near me in Hertfordshire a year ago....I can only think they lost the ticket in the washing machine or something...

Then didnt bother to check it probably....or in worst case scenario...all are either in Hospital , Emigrated or worse are Dead !!!!!
