Lost Tools menu

I am using outlook 2000 on XP.
The entire tools menu has dissapeared.
Have tried repairing. Nothing

Can anyone help?

Customize your Toolsbars; View-> Toolbars-> Customize...-> tab Commands

Drag & drop the Tools option from the right column to the Toolbar
