Lost toolbars

Can't restore my toolbars after trying to add one to my
group. Now all are dehighlighted and I can't seem to
bring them back. No matter what I do, I can't bring them
back up. HELP! I need this info. to complete my school
work.

If they are de-highlighted (disabled) I guess it means they are still there.
In that case right-click your mouse on the toolbar, select the toolbar you
want on the "Toolbars" tab and click on the "Properties" button on the right
to enable it or make any other changes.
Otherwise re-installing Access would fix it too.
