Lost toolbar on Windows 2000

I have lost the entire toolbar on my Win 2000. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the Office sr-1 to no avail.
Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.
 
What toolbar? Windows 2000 has a taskbar, not a toolbar. Do you perhaps mean
the Office toolbar? If so, which version of Office do you run? Have you
tried running "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\msoffice.exe"?
