Lost the ability to default to a specified Home Page

E

Estella Yeung

It started a couple weeks ago that my regular Home Page
is replaced with 'about:blank' whenever I open the
Internet Explorer.

Regardless what I do to reset the default Home Page, the
system would only have my choice of default for a little
while and then revert back to about:blank, i.e., a blank
page when I open the Internet Explorer.

Do you know what is going on?

mac,

That would be true for OP (Estella) but not for Mike Foley
who evidently is using one of the portals to the new web interface.

I can't see what he would be complaining about.
Here is Mike Burgess' reply as it may be viewed there.

Even the anchor on MB's link worked for me. (Sometimes anchors
are inexplicably ignored and the page is rendered from the top but
as MR hasn't elaborated on what his problem is with it that fact may
be irrelevant.)

Perhaps he just needs to be told about KB281679 etc.?
