lost system32 file

having problems since a recent virus scan,
when i start windows i am informed that the file
c:\windows\system32\cabchk32.exe cannot be found

can anybody help me with were i can download the file and
how to replace it in the system32 folder

That file is a copy of the virus. You need to completely remove all
references to it.

That is not a normal windows file, and almost certainly was a virus that
was removed - leaving an entry in startup to run it at boot. Start -
Run - MSConfig.exe and in the startup page, look for a line with that in
the Command column. Uncheck it, click Apply. Exit - do not bother to
reboot, but next time you do there will be a message about
'Troubleshooting'. Check the 'Do not show again' box and exit
