lost system restore

Hi
After performing repair install have lost system restore feature which won't
reinstall from cd disk. Also have yellow marker around ! mark in bios area. I
messed up to say the least and now need help from you folks again, (as
usual). Thanks again in advance.

Do a search for a folder named i386.
Possibility located here C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles.
