System restore & disk cleanup Query

Hi all
When using the disk cleanup feature in "my computer", are system restore
points also lost when the disk cleanup process takes place?
Just curious.

Not unless you click on the Other Options tab, hit the Clean up button, and
click on Yes when asked if you want to delete all but the most recent restore
point.

Did you choose the advanced options and clear all but the latest system
restore point?
