lost system file

I cant logon to my computer as i get a messag saying winlogon.exe missing and
then application shlwapi.dll missimg
I dont have an xp boot disc
Can anyone help

Do you have a Windows XP CD in any shape or form?

The compute is clled an E-Machine. I dont have any windows xp disc at all.

Doesn't an e-machine have restore partition?
If so, then the fine manual should have instructions as to its use.
Be aware, most of the time, this operation returns your computer to the
state that it was in when it left the factory.
Thus, you lose all of your data which you did not backup.
